Our Central Station team never fails to impress! Congratulations to Tammy Greenlee, Tina Hasenour, and DJ Lewis for achieving perfect attendance, even with multiple overtime shifts, for the entire third quarter of 2020! THANK YOU for all you do to monitor our customer accounts and to keep our community safe.
Fastest police response times!
Nationwide, Sonitrol is recognized among security leaders for having the FASTEST police response times in the industry. Because of our innovative alarm verification, our Central Station monitoring team can verify that a break-in is in progress. Law enforcement officers spend countless hours responding to false alarms with traditional alarm companies, but with Sonitrol, they know that’s not the case. Our operators even provide real-time critical details about what they are seeing and hearing at the facility, so law enforcement officers know more about the situation they are walking into, which helps increase officer safety. One of our professional design consultants is a phone call away at (800)444-1191 if you would like a FREE security assessment for your business or home.
Thank you, Evansville Police Department!
Team Sonitrol’s Flavia and her daughter, Madison, took Subway and certificates of appreciation to EPD last night. They met with Officer Fahse, one of the officers who recently apprehended an intruder at an EVSC school we monitor. We also want to give a shout out to the crew not pictured: Officers Toney, Hallmark, and Maier. When our Central Station operators detect an intrusion, Evansville Police Department is quick to respond. Thank you, law enforcement officers, for all you do!
School apprehension
Union County Sheriff’s Office appreciation
Team Sonitrol’s C.Tom visited the Union County Sheriff’s Office with certificates of appreciation yesterday. They made an apprehension when they responded to a late night verified Sonitrol alarm at a coal mining business we monitor in Kentucky. A special shout out goes to Deputy Lee Chandler, Deputy Eric McCallister, and Sheriff Mickey Arnold. Thank you, officers, for all you do to fight crime. We love our relationship with law enforcement!
Apprehension alert!
We want to thank the Ball State Police Department for their great job apprehending two intruders at Northside Middle School earlier this summer. Misty stopped by third shift roll call last night to drop off pizza and say thank you. A special shout out goes to Lt. Matt Gaither, Sergeant Craig Hodson, Officer Rob Weller, and Officer Andrew Wagner! At Sonitrol, we love working with local law enforcement to protect schools and businesses.
