Crime kept our Evansville Police Department extra busy this past weekend:
- 5 residential burglaries
- 1 business burglary
- 10 theft from vehicle and parts
- 2 robberies
- 7 vandalism to vehicles

Bad guy + opportunity = Loss of your property

Vehicles
- An unlocked vehicle is an open invitation. Lock your car even if you are making a quick stop at a convenience store.
- Close your car windows, thieves have tools to unlock your car through an open window.
- Do not leave valuables visible in the car. Take them in with you or lock them in your trunk.
