“Born to be Wild” kids apprehended – Verified Audio System
Today at 12:44pm, Sonitrol operators received a verified audio alarm. In this audio clip, which was activated by glass breaking, you can hear people talking and listening to music; and yes that is Born to be Wild playing in the background at the end of the clip. Police were immediately dispatched. Eleven minutes later, dispatch called back to inform the operator that three juveniles had been apprehended. A rock had been used to shatter the downstairs patio window to gain entry to the home. The homeowner reports no items missing at this time. Thank you to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department for the quick response time. We couldn’t do what we do, without our wonderful law enforcement!
