We wanted to say thank you to the OPD for their apprehension of a suspect at an auto business. Late one night, our Central Station operator, Chaz, heard suspicious sounds on a verified audio Sonitrol alarm and dispatched police. The suspect had gained entry through the air conditioning ducts on the roof. He may have thought he was avoiding detection because he didn’t enter the business through a door or window, but Sonitrol alarms give wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling coverage.
